The John Atkinson Siesta is a stunning Merino blanket manufactured by AW Hainsworth's in their traditional woolen mill in Pudsey near Leeds.
The blanket is made from fine Merino wool which is beautifully soft and luxurious. The Siesta Merino blanket is similar to the Duchess Merino but instead of satin binding all round the blanket, the Siesta is whip stitched all round.
It's a lovely medium weight merino blanket (400 gsm) and is ideal for cooler months yet it is still light enough to layer to achieve your ideal sleeping temperature.
The Siesta range is available in generous sizes from Single to Super King size and in White, Champagne, Powder Pink, Alaskan Blue and Camel. Fpr 2021 a gorgeous new Platimun-Grey colour option has been added to the range. The single measures 180cm by 230cm, the double 230cm by 255cm, the King size 255cm by 280cm and the Super King Size 280cm by 305cm.
